Welcome to Times of SEO (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing timesofseo.com or hiring us for any service, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Services

Times of SEO is an SEO agency offering Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and Local SEO services. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of each project are defined in the proposal, quote or agreement shared with you before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

To deliver good results, you agree to:

  • • Provide accurate information about your business, website and goals.
  • • Give us timely access to the tools and accounts we need (for example CMS, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile).
  • • Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable time.
  • • Ensure you own, or have the right to use, all content and materials you give us.

Delays in providing access or feedback may delay the project timeline.

3. No Guarantee of Rankings

Search engines such as Google control their own algorithms, and these change often. We follow industry best practices and ethical (white-hat) methods, but we cannot guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead or revenue outcome. Any timeline or target we share is an estimate, not a promise.

4. Fees and Payment

  • • Fees for our services will be specified in the proposal, quotation or invoice agreed upon before work begins.
  • • Payment terms, including advance payments, milestones and recurring fees, will be agreed upon in writing.
  • • Invoices must be paid by the stated due date. We reserve the right to pause work after providing notice if payment is overdue.
  • • Refunds and Cancellations: Refund eligibility will depend on the agreed service terms, the work completed, and any applicable laws. Payments for work already completed are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed or required by law. If a project is cancelled, any outstanding payment for work completed up to the cancellation date remains due.
  • • Third-party costs, including paid SEO tools, advertising expenses, premium plugins and external publishing fees, are excluded unless expressly included in the agreed quotation.
  • • Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and approved before the work begins.

5. Contract Term and Cancellation

Ongoing services (such as monthly SEO) continue until either party ends them. Either party may cancel by giving 30 days’ written notice. You remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

We may suspend or end services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or ask us to use practices that violate search engine guidelines or the law.

6. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (for example written content and reports). We keep ownership of our methods, templates, tools, processes and any pre-existing materials. We may reference the project in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, login details and data as confidential and will not share them with third parties except where needed to deliver the services or where required by law. We ask the same of you regarding our proposals, pricing and methods.

8. Third-Party Tools and Links

Our work may rely on third-party platforms (such as Google, SEO software and hosting providers). We are not responsible for their downtime, policy changes or actions. Our website may link to external sites, and we are not responsible for their content.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide SEO services using reasonable professional care and industry best practices. However, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, leads or revenue.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Times of SEO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, traffic, business opportunities or data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from a particular service will not exceed the total fees paid or payable for that service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, copy our content without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be handled through good-faith discussion, and if unresolved, will be subject to the courts of Bangladesh.
